Refund policy

COLORANT harnesses natural dyes derived from plants and the Earth. Each of our items are individually hand-dyed and crafted to create a completely unique item. Slight variations add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece and should be expected.

Full price items can be refunded within 14 days of receiving. Returns must be requested within 14 days in order to be honored.

Size or item exchange can be granted (if in stock) within 30 days of receiving item.
To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

All Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Shipping

Recipient is responsible for paying shipping costs upon exchanging or returning item.

When shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
